Job Summary:

As our Administrative Assistant, your mission is to optimize office operations, enhance communication effectiveness, and provide timely support to the Program Manager, ensuring a well-organized and productive work environment at SCRAM of California.

Duties/Responsibilities:

* Prioritize and manage schedules effectively.

* Implement streamlined administrative processes.

* Enhance communication channels.

* Maintain organized records.

* Prepare reports and documents.

* Coordinate office logistics.

* Answer phones and return voicemails.

* Event/meeting planning

* Special projects

* Order supplies and materials.

* Money handling and reporting

* Assist clients with Frequently Asked Questions

* Conduct intakes (screening and assessment)

* Schedule orientation and installation appointments for all new referrals

* Install, remove, conduct maintenance and clean all equipment.

* Other administrative duties.

Education and Experience:

* High School Diploma or GED

* 1 year in Administrative Assistant/Customer Service role or 1 year of transferable skill set preferred
