Positions range from permanent clinical float roles (Full time or Part Time) to Seasonal 13-week assignments with significantly higher base pay. Under the direction of a Radiologist, Administrative Director, Radiology Team Leader, or Radiology Section Manager performs radiographicprocedures according to protocols established for various age groups of patients, at a technical level requiring minimal supervision of technicaldetail. Performs a wide variety of general radiographic procedures including but not limited to, complex portables, Trauma Alerts unassisted,complex Fluoroscopy, Basic C-arm, and sterile contrast studies. All technical procedures will require independent judgment, ingenuity and initiativeto apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiological diagnosis. Assumes responsibility for designated area or procedures as required. Assess the age-specific needs of the patients. Performs job duties in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital.
