AI Project Manager

Program And Project ManagerAI Center Of Acceleration team are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program and Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive AI and Client programs with multiple concurrent projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing complex projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management, with experience in the financial services industry being a significant advantage.ResponsibilitiesProgram Management:Lead the execution and delivery of the AI and Client programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Develop and maintain the program plan, including scope, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the program's successful implementation.Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Project Management:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Develop project plans, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.Lead project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve project goals.Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts.Execution Tracking and Reporting:Implement robust tracking mechanisms to monitor program and project execution.Ensure that activities are tracked meticulously against established timelines and deliverables.Utilize project and program management tools to maintain real-time visibility into project and program progress.Ensure adherence to program and project plans and timelines, taking corrective actions when necessary to keep projects on track.Develop and maintain a structured weekly reporting framework.Prepare detailed weekly status reports for projects and the overall program, highlighting key accomplishments, upcoming milestones, risks, and issues.Present weekly updates to senior management and other stakeholders, providing clear and concise summaries of project and program status.Ensure transparency and accountability through consistent and timely reporting.Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members.Communicate project and program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure their requirements are addressed throughout the project lifecycle.Continuous Improvement:Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies.Implement best practices in program and project management to drive efficiency and effectiveness.Required Experience:Minimum of 7 years of experience in program and project management, preferably within the financial services industry.Strong understanding of AI and Client technologies and their application in financial services preferred.Required Skills:Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.Strong leadership, organizational and team management abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage large, complex programs and multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow).Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project management certification.
