Join Our Team as a Host/Hostess at LA VILLE LUMIERE in Cleveland, OH!

Are you passionate about creating memorable guest experiences? At LA VILLE LUMIERE, we pride ourselves on offering an exceptional dining experience in the heart of Cleveland, OH. We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Host/Hostess to be the welcoming face of our restaurant and help set the tone for our guests’ visits.

As a Host/Hostess, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include:

• Checking reservations and managing the seating plan.
• Taking messages and communicating effectively with the team.
• Assisting in setting tables and ensuring the dining area is guest-ready.
• Being a team player and supporting your colleagues as needed.
• Starting the guest experience with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front door, bathrooms, and menus.

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves working with people. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or customer-facing position.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Attention to detail, especially when it comes to cleanliness and presentation.
