Core Responsibilities
- Advanced patient assessments
- Critical care monitoring
- Administering specialized treatments
- Rapid response to deteriorating patients
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
Compensation
- Salary: $74,880 – $100,000/year
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
- Relocation: Up to $10,000
- Shift: 12-hour night shifts
Required Qualifications
- Active New Mexico RN License
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- 1+ year ICU experience OR 1+ year general nursing experience
Unit & Role Details
- 32-bed ICU (1st floor)
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:2 (this is strong and standard for ICU)
- Team includes:
- RNs
- CNAs
- Patient cases include:
- Respiratory failure
- Cardio/pulmonary conditions
- Sepsis
- DKA (diabetic ketoacidosis)
