Training Lead

Job Description Job Description The Training Lead is accountable for defining the training strategy, translating system and change impacts into role‐based learning, and coordinating closely with the Client to deliver training.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading the training needs analysis; defining trainer profiles; identifying role‐based impacts, success measures and delivery methods
• Developing the training plan and role‐based curricula; creating training materials; and managing logistics (scheduling, facilities, registrations, and learner support)
• Executing Train‐the‐Trainer; supporting end‐user training delivery; and providing post‐go‐live training support
