Schedule: Rotating 12 Hours Schedule Key Responsibilities Direct incoming calls like a pro. Manage client intake and coordinate staff notifications. Maintain accurate patient information in databases. Handle appointment scheduling and cash transactions. Perform opening tasks and closing procedures, including deposits. Keep the clinic lobby welcoming and organized. Lead the Performance Improvement Program for patient experience. Train new staff on patient care standards. Monitor patient flow and adjust staffing as needed. Tame escalated customer service issues. Participate in special projects and initiatives with enthusiasm. Facilitate seamless communication between patients and providers. Check provider schedules for conflicts or issues. Monitor and reorder office supply levels. Create a culture of effective relationships and teamwork. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a secure environment. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Bilingual skills.
