Route Sales Representative

5 days per week (approximately 10 hours per day), early morning schedule, weekends/holidays are likely, roughly 45-50 hours per week. Job Overview Route Sales Representative at FritoLay (PepsiCo). Target earnings of $64,000 per year with a $5,000 sign‑on bonus based on performance and eligibility. Deliver, sell, and merchandize FritoLay’s product line (Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and others) to local stores including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. Work independently, unload orders, maintain records, and partner with store managers to increase sales. Responsibilities Learn the basics of the role in 4–6 weeks of training. Run routes, meet new customers, and experience different stores. Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives. Attain a route with set days off and a consistent schedule. Work in a fast‑paced, physical environment; may include weekends and holidays. Travel to Fargo, ND for onboarding, paperwork, and welcome calls (Day1). Onboarding in Fargo (Days2–3). Hotels will be booked for those days. Qualifications 21 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and ability to obtain additional licenses as required. Able to lift 40 lbs. frequently, with or without reasonable accommodation.
