Morgan Properties is seeking a customer-focused and motivated Assistant Community Manager to join our team at Townhomes at Diamond Ridge. In this role, you'll help deliver an exceptional resident experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of a thriving apartment community. From welcoming residents and conducting tours to coordinating move-ins, community events, and administrative tasks, you'll play a key role in creating a place residents are proud to call home.

$21.00- $26.00 per hour

$300 Morgan Essentials paid out quarterly

What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospects.
• Conduct community tours and assist with the leasing experience.
• Support resident move-ins and move-outs.
• Help maintain resident records, accounts, and reports.
• Walk the property to ensure excellent curb appeal.
• Partner with maintenance teams to address resident needs.
• Assist with resident events and community engagement activities.
• Support daily operations and ensure company policies are followed.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service or related experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver's license required.
