We are seeking a Regulatory & Operational Safety Leader to help guide the safe, compliant, and scalable deployment of this groundbreaking technology across North America.This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of aviation, agriculture, technology, and regulatory innovation.What You'll DoLead regulatory compliance efforts related to FAA approvals, waivers, exemptions, and certifications.Partner with U.S. leadership, Israel-based engineering teams, and external stakeholders to support commercialization efforts.Develop and maintain operational safety programs, procedures, and compliance initiatives.Assess operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies.Support BVLOS operations, autonomous flight activities, and future certification pathways.Collaborate with regulatory agencies, customers, and industry partners to advance operational capabilities.A Day in the LifeYou'll spend your time working with engineering teams, regulatory agencies, operational partners, and leadership to navigate complex aviation regulations, support flight operations, evaluate safety risks, and help create the framework that brings autonomous agricultural aviation to market.What We're Looking For5+ years of experience in aviation operations, aviation safety, UAS, aerospace, regulatory compliance, or related industries.Strong understanding of FAA regulations and UAS operational requirements.Experience working in regulated environments with compliance accountability.Ability to solve complex problems and develop practical regulatory strategies.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Preferred ExperienceFAA Flight Standards (AFS)UAS certifications, approvals, or exemptionsBVLOS operationsFCC and RF communications complianceAgricultural aviation or ag-techSafety Management Systems (SMS)National Airspace System (NAS)Why Join GroWings?Be part of a pioneering ag-tech company bringing autonomous aviation to agriculture.Work directly with executive leadership and global engineering teams.Help define regulatory pathways for emerging technology.Make a lasting impact on the future of agricultural operations.GroWings Robotx NA Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer
