Supervisor of Building Trades

This role is ideal for a trades supervisor who can balance technical expertise with strong crew leadership. You'll oversee carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general facilities work, coordinate work orders across multiple sites, ensure code compliance and quality, manage materials and equipment, and serve as the anchor for trades staff working across fire stations, training facilities, conservation camps, and regional admin buildings. Your leadership will directly shape how well CAL FIRE's facilities support the crews who use them. This position is located in Redding, California and is a permanent, full-time supervisory role.
