Associate Attorney

Morgan Hill Insurance Defense Firm is seeking an assertive, personable, and well‑organized associate attorney experienced in law and motion, depositions, and court appearances. This position provides excellent advancement potential for motivated individuals. Candidates will receive substantial litigation experience and mentorship. Our firm serves national insurance companies as well as our local community. We specialize in civil litigation matters where we have substantial focus on construction defects as well as personal injury litigation. We also handle various other civil litigation matters. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Strong academic background Admitted to practice in the State of California, and in good standing with California State Bar Strong research, organizational, and time management skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work in a team environment Ability to travel to and from the various locations where his or her job tasks take place Construction Defect Litigation a plus – candidates with experience in the direct field are preferred, however, the Firm is willing to mentor the right candidate Responsibilities Assist in handling motions, discovery, and trial preparation Work closely with experts Compensation based on experience.
