Pediatrics physician employment in California :
Enterprise Medical Recruiting is partnering with a highly respected, community health center in Kern County, California that offers medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and preventive services. They are adding a full-time BC/BE Pediatrician to their integrated care team in Delano, California .
Highlights
- Joining 1 FT pediatrician and 1 PT pediatrician
- Schedule includes two 30-minute admin blocks daily
- Excellent support team that includes MAs, nursing staff, and on-site manager
- EMR with Dragon Ambient Experience (DAX) AI clinical documentation
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range is $230,000 to $282,870 (based on experience)
- $50,000 Sign-on bonus
- Relocation reimbursement
