Overview Project Manager job at TEKsystems in Westlake Village, CA. The Project Manager coordinates meetings, schedules, reporting and communication to project teams, ensuring team members adhere to project deadlines. Responsibilities Track project changes, update schedules/project plans, and secure agreements with engineers and customers. Gather all project information schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks and conduct project meetings. Maintain document control, track project activities and team communications. Develop and review project status reports; take notes during strategy meetings. Create and publish communications to project team and stakeholders. Process daily, weekly and monthly reporting to ensure all schedules run smoothly and projects completed in a timely manner. Work with the Project Manager to maintain scope, schedules and workflows for assigned projects. Perform other related duties as required and assigned. Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization's culture and values. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or other relevant field. 3+ years of relevant work experience. Highly proficient in Excel and Word. PMP certification not required but considered a plus. Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred. Experience Level Entry Level. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westlake Village, CA. Pay and Benefits Pay range: $35.00 - $42.00/hr.
