Requirements
Active RN License (Montana or Compact State)
BLS Certification
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Hospice, Palliative Care, Critical Care, or Med-Surg
Strong communication and patient care skills
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate care and symptom management for hospice patients
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor patient conditions and support comfort-focused care
Supervise and guide CNAs in daily patient care activities
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers
Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
Follow infection control and patient safety standards
