Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. seeks a Litigated Claims Specialist, General Liability to manage complex, litigated liability claims from notice through resolution. In this role, you will analyze coverage, evaluate liability and damages, set and adjust reserves, and develop sound negotiation and litigation strategies. You will direct outside counsel, attend mediations and settlement conferences, and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulations. You’ll collaborate with underwriting and risk teams, provide clear communication to stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement in a customer-centric, ethical, and learning-focused culture.
