Sales Associate
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible, highly driven, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service while achieving sales goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to understand customer needs, and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Build strong relationships with customers by identifying their needs and recommending the best products and solutions.
- Meet and strive to exceed individual sales goals and performance expectations.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products by utilizing training resources and company literature.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and professionally.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, providing accurate information and timely follow-up.
- Stay organized and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Be available to work overtime, when necessary, to meet customer needs.
- Apply construction knowledge to provide informed product recommendations and solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of construction products and industry practices is preferred.
- Commitment to providing a positive customer experience.
Preferred Experience
- 1 year of sales experience.
- 1 year of construction experience.
