Customer Service Representative

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative to support our agency’s daily operations. This role is responsible for assisting clients with policy inquiries, processing changes, and ensuring a high level of service that strengthens client relationships and retention.
