What You'll Do

• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and consistent follow-up
• Connect with prospective customers and build lasting relationships
• Uncover insurance and financial needs through meaningful conversations
• Present solutions, overcome objections, and confidently close sales
• Sell Auto, Home, Life, Health, and other appropriate insurance products
• Manage leads, maintain a strong pipeline, and follow up consistently
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to team success
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process

Previous sales experience is strongly preferred, but insurance experience is not required.

Licensing

A Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses are required for the position, but an existing license is not required to apply . We'll help the right candidate complete the necessary licensing and training. 

Compensation

First-Year Total Compensation Potential: $75,000–$100,000

Starting guaranteed base salary is $30,000 for candidates without insurance industry experience, with higher starting salaries possible based on qualifications. Uncapped commissions and performance bonuses provide significant additional earning opportunities.
