Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Job Overview We are hiring physician (MD/DO) contractors to conduct In‑home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities Conduct home visits focusing on the member’s overall health and well‑being and identify potential barriers to care. Perform a medication and medical history review and a physical evaluation at the member’s home. Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter the current treatment regimen. Use pre‑populated, patient‑specific forms for each evaluation. Compensation & Benefits Earn up to $3,000 to $5,000 each week (average 6–9 visits daily, base rate of $100 per completed assessment). Increase per‑visit rate up to 135% with the Market Multiplier. Earn additional compensation via a pay‑per‑test model for visits where the member qualifies for additional diagnostic and preventive tests. Availability incentives based on weekly availability. Airfare, hotel, and rental car available depending on eligibility. Malpractice coverage provided. Shifts available Monday‑Sunday (no nights/weekends required). Independent contractor, 1099 status; flexible schedule; state license required. Medicaid license or willingness to enroll strongly preferred. Paid collaborative physician roles available in certain states. Short‑term or long‑term basis; pre‑scheduled visits. Qualifications MD or DO physician. State license required; Medicaid license desired. Availability to work Monday‑Sunday; no night or weekend shifts required.
