Nutrition & Acupuncture Wellness Center is seeking a friendly, organized, compassionate, and motivated Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator to become an essential member of our growing practice. This is much more than a receptionist position—you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience while supporting our doctors and ensuring the office operates efficiently.

Responsibilities include welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, communicating by phone, text, and email, collecting payments, maintaining patient records, assisting with nutritional supplement sales, and supporting the daily operations of our functional medicine and acupuncture practice.

This position also includes direct patient care responsibilities such as obtaining vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, height, weight, body composition, etc.), preparing patients for appointments, and performing a variety of non-invasive diagnostic assessments using advanced wellness technology. No prior experience is required—we provide comprehensive paid training to the right candidate.
