As an Associate Trader, you will play an important role on our investment team. The ideal candidate will execute trades, maintain investment models within our platforms, and assist in portfolio management. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and detail-oriented professional to grow their career in the financial industry. You will work closely with our investment team and will report to the Director of Trading. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in investment principles, possesses strong analytical abilities, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Execute trades efficiently across multiple custodians using a range of applications, ensuring best practices. Execute trades seamlessly across multiple investment vehicles using various trading software platforms to ensure precision and efficiency in the trading process. Support the development and continuous improvement of trading workflows, systems, and processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Prepare, maintain, and analyze trading and portfolio reports to monitor activity and support investment decision-making. Analyze portfolios, trade activity, and investment data to support portfolio management and trading decisions. Collaborate with the client service team to address any trading-related inquiries or needs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment management, preferably within a wealth management or asset management firm. Professional certifications (working toward CFA, Series 65, etc.) are a plus. General knowledge of financial markets, investment vehicles, and portfolio management principles. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite of applications. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong compliance mindset and commitment to following established trading and regulatory procedures. Comfortable working independently.
