Global Head of Client Engineering, Managing DirectorAbout the JobWho We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a senior leader to establish and lead a new Client Engineering team within GLFX. This organization will operate between Product Sales and Support teams, ensuring that client-facing, technical and operational activities are executed efficiently, consistently, and at scale.The role is focused on improving the overall client experience while increasing the productivity of Product Sales team by removing friction, standardizing delivery, and enhancing the quality of client engagement.The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical, operational, and client-facing expertise, with a strong track record of building teams that deliver high-quality client solutions and measurable improvements in service delivery.The Ideal Candidate Will HaveDeep experience in FX markets, electronic trading platforms, or financial technology environmentsProven ability to lead client-facing engineering, solutions, or implementation teamsStrong understanding of trading workflows, integrations, and client onboarding processesExperience improving client experience metrics such as NPS, client satisfaction, and service qualityAbility to drive operational efficiency and increase front-office productivity through structured delivery modelsStrong stakeholder management skills across Sales, Product, Technology, and SupportDemonstrated ability to build scalable, process-driven teams in complex environmentsWhy This Role Is ImportantThis role is critical to enhancing how GLFX delivers value to clients by ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across all client interactions.As Global Head of Client Engineering, you will establish a function that reduces operational friction, improves client satisfaction, and enables Product Sales and Client Management teams to focus on revenue-generating activities.Your leadership will directly impact key performance indicators such as client satisfaction, NPS, and reduction in client issues and complaints, while enabling more efficient and scalable product adoption across the client base.What You Will Be Responsible ForClient Engineering LeadershipBuild and lead a global Client Engineering organization with a clear mandate focused on client experience and operational efficiencyDefine the function’s scope, operating model, and engagement framework across Sales, Product, and SupportEstablish clear accountability for technical and operational activities, including solution design, onboarding, and implementation supportDrive a high-performance culture focused on consistency, quality, and continuous improvementClient Experience & Delivery QualityOwn the quality and consistency of the end-to-end client implementation and onboarding experienceDrive improvements in client satisfaction, NPS, and overall service perceptionIdentify and resolve systemic issues impacting client experience and delivery outcomesReduce client friction points and minimize escalations, complaints, and service gapsProductivity EnablementStandardize and streamline client-facing processes to improve efficiency and scalabilityEnable front-office teams to focus on revenue generation and strategic client engagementImplement metrics and reporting to track productivity improvements across teamsSolution Design & ImplementationOversee the design and delivery of scalable client solutions aligned with product capabilitiesEnsure consistent, repeatable approaches to onboarding, integration, and workflow implementationImprove time-to-onboard and time-to-adoption through optimized delivery processesAct as escalation point for complex client implementation challengesCross-Functional IntegrationServe as the primary interface between Product Sales, Product, Technology, and Support teamsEnsure alignment between client requirements, product capabilities, and delivery processesSupport Product teams with structured feedback on client needs and implementation challengesReduce downstream support burden through improved solution design and implementation qualityRisk & GovernanceEnsure all client-facing activities adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policiesPromote a culture of risk excellence, accountability, and transparencyEstablish appropriate governance and escalation frameworks across all regionsWhat We ValueStrong leadership in building and scaling client-facing delivery or engineering teamsProven ability to improve client experience and operational efficiency at scaleAbility to operate effectively across commercial, product, and operational functionsStructured, data-driven approach to measuring and improving performanceStrong collaboration and influencing skills in a global organizationEducation & Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree required; technical or financial discipline preferredExtensive experience in FX, electronic trading, or financial technology platformsProven track record in client engineering, implementation, or solutions delivery leadership rolesExperience operating in a global financial services environmentSalary Range: $170,000 - $267,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
