Director of Operations

nThe Director of Operations is responsible for leading and overseeing all operational activities within the assigned region to ensure the efficient, safe, and cost-effective delivery of logistics services. This role drives the execution of strategic initiatives, optimizes operational performance, and ensures alignment with company objectives related to growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction

• This position provides leadership across multiple facilities, ensuring consistent execution of operational standards, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives while building and developing high-performing teams
