Bilingual Automotive Call Center Specialist

West Palm Automall is seeking a BDC Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls and engage customers via text, email, or social media. The role includes 3–4 weeks of training with shadowing, mock calls, and system usage to schedule service appointments, and to route inquiries to the appropriate department.
