What You’ll Do:

• Prospect, network, and generate your own leads, building a strong pipeline of ideal‑fit clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle: from first contact to signed agreement, collaborating with our service team to craft accurate, profitable proposals.
• Consistently close 5–10 new clients per month, aligned with Estmere’s ideal client profile.
• Conduct semi‑annual relationship check‑ins with your clients to strengthen retention, gather feedback, and surface upsell opportunities.
• Represent Estmere with professionalism, integrity, and a servant‑leadership mindset in all interactions.

Compensation & Benefits

Who You Are:

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in professional services.
• Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals independently.
• Strong financial/business acumen—comfortable talking about ROI and value, not just price.
• Self‑motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed in a commission‑heavy role.
• Excellent communicator with a consultative, relationship‑first approach.
