Registered Nurse Quality Specialist

Virtual Vocations Inc

Supporting the Quality Management team, the remote Clinical Quality Performance Specialist will lead clinical quality reviews, ensure adherence to care standards, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives while collaborating with healthcare professionals. Key responsibilities Lead quality-of-care reviews and collaborate with physician advisors and clinical quality committees Collect, organize, and review medical records, summarizing findings for evaluation and decision-making Support accreditation activities and implement quality improvement initiatives using PDSA methodology Required qualifications Associate's degree in nursing is required; Bachelor's degree preferred Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license required Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical quality improvement or healthcare delivery Experience with HEDIS projects and knowledge of Quality Improvement functions Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
