Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the 2026-2027 school year in the Maplewood, MN area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting. Why Join Us Competitive pay ($25/hour) W-2 employment with liability insurance included Healthcare benefits* + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses Mentorship and ongoing support from school-based professionals What You’ll Do Provide direct student support with activities of daily living (ADLs), including toileting, feeding, dressing, hygiene, mobility, and positioning Assist students with medical and health-related needs under the supervision of the school nurse and special education team Support students with physical, developmental, behavioral, and/or medical needs in classroom and school settings Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive learning environment for students Collaborate with teachers, therapists, nurses, and other school staff to support student success and individualized goals What We’re Looking For Active Minnesota CNA license CPR and First Aid certification Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
