Job Overview A law firm seeks a Commercial Litigation Associate to join their team in Memphis, TN. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic litigation team, providing excellent representation to clients across a range of business law and litigation services. Duties Be a strategic part of litigation teams committed to client representation. Participate in trial preparation. Take and defend depositions. Prepare and argue motions. Research and analyze complex litigation issues. Requirements Experience in taking and defending depositions. Ability to research and investigate complex litigation areas. Excellent writing abilities. 3‑5 years of litigation experience. Education Juris Doctor Certifications Must be licensed and in good standing with the Tennessee bar.
