Head of SEO, AEO & GEO

About the RoleWe are looking for an SEO, AEO & GEO leader to grow Massive's visibility across traditional search engines and AI discovery platforms. This role combines technical SEO, content strategy, and AI search optimization to drive qualified traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue.You will lead Massive's organic search and AI discovery strategy, helping developers, traders, and financial professionals find Massive across Google, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and emerging platforms.Working closely with Marketing, Product and Engineering, you will improve search performance, strengthen our authority in financial market data, and build scalable organic growth programs. This role is remote, open to candidates anywhere in the USA or Canada, with our Atlanta HQ available to anyone who prefers working from an office.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies to drive qualified traffic, signups, and revenueImprove Massive's visibility across traditional search, AI-generated answers, and emerging discovery platformsOwn keyword research, search intent analysis, competitive research, and organic growth opportunitiesContinuously evaluate technical SEO performance and recommend improvements to site architecture, indexing, structured data, and internal linkingProvide ongoing recommendations to optimize product pages, API documentation, and educational content for search and AI discoveryDevelop authoritative, answer-focused content strategies in partnership with internal teamsIdentify opportunities for programmatic SEO, featured snippets, and AI citationsMeasure organic performance, AI visibility, and conversion impact to continuously improve resultsSkills & Qualifications4+ years of SEO experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, financial services, or developer-focused technologyProven success growing organic traffic and driving measurable business outcomesStrong technical SEO expertise and experience with content optimization and search strategyUnderstanding of AEO, GEO, AI-powered search, and LLM citation strategiesProficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar toolsStrong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skillsA proactive, experimental mindset with a strong sense of ownershipExperience with APIs, developer documentation, programmatic SEO, or financial market data is a plusAbout MassiveAt Massive we are on a mission to help developers build the future of fintech.
