Corporate Legal Assistant
RIIM
- Support corporate and business law attorneys with transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), entity formations, and corporate filings.
- Prepare, review, and revise contracts, transaction closing documents, and client correspondence.
- Coordinate transaction closings, track signatures, and manage deadlines and transaction timelines.
- Maintain corporate records, entity documentation, closing binders, and organizational charts.
- Manage DocuSign workflows and organize electronic legal documents using document management systems.
- Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and third parties while managing calendars, time entry, and administrative tasks.
- Bring prior experience supporting corporate or transactional attorneys, strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
