Midlevel Labor Employment and Workplace Safety Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly motivated mid-level associate to join the Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have two to five years of experience in employment litigation, compliance, advice, counseling, and investigations. Prior experience in supporting corporate transactions is preferred. Duties Engage in class and single plaintiff employment litigation. Provide compliance advice and counseling. Conduct thorough investigations. Collaborate with experienced lawyers for mentoring and development. Assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Requirements Two to five years of relevant experience. Strong writing, research, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills. Active Massachusetts Bar admission. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Massachusetts Bar admission.
