• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Encourage client engagement through conversation, activities, exercise, walking, and companionship

• Monitor client well-being and promptly report concerns to leadership

• Create meaningful connections while ensuring a safe, supportive environment

• Be a positive team player and a compassionate caregiver every day

• Have the extensive assistance from office staff and NEVER feel left out on a island without appropriate support.

• A warm, positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with seniors and disabled adults

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team

• Reliability, compassion, and a strong sense of responsibility

• Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached in a supportive environment

• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients, their families, and fellow team members

• Weekly payroll

• Payrates - $18.00-$19/Hour Depending on experience, day, and shift time

• Paid Training

• Opportunities for weekly bonuses

• Varying available shifts from morning, evening, and overnights to allow you flexibility with your other responsibilities
