Quality & Training Specialist, Home Health
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Cypress, TX seeks a licensed professional nurse or physical therapist to review and approve patient information during start of care, recertification, resumption of care, or evaluation visits. You will train LPs, ensure documentation compliance, and collaborate with branch leadership.
Responsibilities include promoting quality patient care, maintaining relationships with referral sources, patients, caregivers and staff.
