Case Manager - Mental Health & Recovery Support

Terros Health is hiring a Case Manager to join our interdisciplinary clinical team at the Priest Dr. Recovery Health Center in Tempe, AZ. The role supports individuals diagnosed with Serious Mental Illness or General Mental Health conditions under Court Ordered Treatment. Day shift, 40 hours weekly, M-F 8:30a-5:30p, with full benefits and PTO. We offer an additional $1.50/hr SMI differential and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K, dental/vision, and paid holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr TERRO
