We are seeking a Kitchen Line Cook to prepare American cuisine in a high-volume service environment. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, this role will support efficient station operations, consistent food quality, and a clean, organized kitchen, with opportunities to advance to Lead Line Cook.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and execute recipes for American cuisine.
- Cook menu items efficiently during high-volume service.
- Portion ingredients accurately and maintain portion control.
- Set up and organize the assigned cooking station.
- Plate food consistently according to recipe and presentation standards.
- Monitor food quality throughout preparation and service.
- Maintain kitchen sanitation and clean equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of line cooking experience.
- Food Handler certification.
- Knowledge of food safety practices.
- Strong knife skills and recipe execution abilities.
- Experience with portion control.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
