Senior Accountant - hybrid remote

What You'll Do Play a Key Role in the Close Process Assist with monthly and quarterly financial close activities. Prepare journal entries, accruals, and commission calculations. Help ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Support Specialized Accounting Functions Participate in quarterly royalty calculations and account reconciliations. Assist with royalty-related reporting and support licensor audit requests. Review financial and operational data to identify discrepancies and improve reporting accuracy. Strengthen Financial Data Integrity Analyze ERP reports to identify data issues and recommend corrective actions. Review transactional activity for completeness and consistency. Help improve accounting processes and internal controls across the organization. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and other finance teams to provide support as needed. Assist with both corporate and subsidiary financial statement audits. Work with colleagues across departments to solve problems and improve efficiencies. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting 2+ years of accounting experience, including journal entries and accruals Solid understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience working with ERP systems and financial databases Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn #J-18808-Ljbffr firstPRO, Inc
