About the role:As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead a team of sales support employees in day-to-day responsibilities, operations and overall performance. As a leader in sales support, you are in the seat to drive TQL’s top accounts to success and accelerate growth, by effectively managing support needs.What’s in it for you:Competitive compensationComprehensive benefits packageHealth, dental and vision coverage401(k) with company matchPerks including tuition and training reimbursement, employee discounts, and financial wellness planningAdvancement opportunities with structured career pathsEmployee referral bonus opportunitiesCertified Great Place to Work with 900+ lifetime workplace award winsWhat you’ll be doing:Coach and develop team members to improve performance and exceed department and company objectivesIdentify accounts that meet the business need for sales support staffing through the collaboration with Sales Leadership and LAE’s on requirements to qualify for support and ongoing expectations towards retaining support staffMaintain customer relationships with sales leadership and facilitate conversations regarding sales support staffing needsAdvocate for and drive company focus itemsManage the interview, candidate evaluation, and hiring processCoach sales support staff on opportunities to maximize account efficiency through the use of technology and automationMonitor the team to proactively identify issues, streamline functions, and offer solutions for overall process improvementContribute with reporting and productivity evaluations, with ongoing re-evaluation of sales support performance metricsOversee time management, attendance, productivity and policy complianceDevelopment of future leaders in the department/companyAssist and provide coverage for Sales Support Managers as neededWhat you need:Previous leadership experience requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced computer skills including proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Willing and able to travel up to 20% for office visits, support needs, and leadership meetingsEmployment visa sponsorship is unavailable for this position.
