Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records in our system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Follow up with customers to build lasting relationships
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Dispatching experience a huge plus!
- Experience with high-volume inbound and outbound calls
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, customer-first attitude and team mindset
- Basic computer skills (training provided)
