Physical Requirements Ability to exert 100 pounds of force to move items as needed Must be willing to complete tasks that require subjection to environmental conditions Stooping, reaching, keyboarding, grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motion are all essential functions of the job Must be able to stand and walk for 8 hours or more per day Working Conditions Salespeople are subject to environmental conditions. Activities occur inside and outside. They are subject to noise. There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level. Requirements Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years old or older Work Requirements Physical activity includes: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motion. Physical requirements: Must be able to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds from the ground to waist level. Visual acuity requirements: Salespersons are required to have the visual acuity to perform an activity such as: item identification, preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts at distances close to the eyes. Sales team members are required to have acuity to accurately measure and cut building materials and to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned or to make general observations of facilities or structures. They must be able to use hand tools and operate machines such as saws, key machines, and paint mixing machines. Must able to use software programs such as eagle browser.
