Insurance Defense AttorneyOur firm represents clients in a wide variety of insurance defense matters, including catastrophic loss, nursing home and long-term care defense, personal injury and property damage claims, product liability, and other general liability matters. We are looking for an attorney with a strong litigation foundation who is interested in building a long-term career with a respected defense practice.What You'll DoDrafting pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documentsConducting legal research and developing case strategyTaking and defending depositionsPreparing for and attending hearings, mediations, and trialsCommunicating with clients, carriers, opposing counsel, and other partiesManaging deadlines and case responsibilities in a fast-paced litigation environmentCollaborating with attorneys and support staff to effectively resolve mattersWhat I'm Looking ForActive Missouri Bar license in good standing3+ years of civil litigation and/or insurance defense experienceStrong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skillsExperience handling discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearancesAbility to independently manage cases while working collaboratively with a teamStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsWhy Join Us?We offer a collaborative environment where attorneys have the opportunity to handle meaningful litigation matters, work with experienced trial attorneys, and continue developing professionally.This position offers competitive compensation, including a base salary range of $130,000 - $200,000 depending on experience, along with monthly and bi-annual bonus opportunities.Attorneys will initially work onsite five days per week during the training period, with hybrid flexibility available thereafter.
