Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in the progressive care setting, following physician orders and hospital protocols. Assess patient conditions continuously, monitor vital signs and document findings accurately. Administer medications and treatments as required, adhering to safety standards and procedures. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and update patient care plans. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, EMR systems and regulatory requirements at all times. Qualifications: Valid RN license from North Carolina or a compact license. BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred. Minimum of 1 year of recent hospital experience. Clean criminal background. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Skills: ACLS certification.
