POSITION OVERVIEW Production Line Lead - 3rd Shift Starting Pay: $24.87 per hour

• 1.00 per hour additional shift differential pay (2nd Shift)
• 2.0 per hour additional shift differential pay (3rd shift)

What We Have to Offer $24.87 per hour starting pay Up to 120 hours (10 days) vacation annually 11 paid company holidays 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, life insurance Career growth and cross-training opportunities Your Work Schedule and Shift Information 8-hour shifts 1st shift: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm 2nd shift: 2:00 pm - 10:30 am 3rd shift: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am Currently hiring for 3rd Shift only Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed Plant operates 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES As part of our manufacturing team, you will: Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to receive, store, and transport raw materials, ingredients, and finished products, support inbound and outbound shipments, and meet production needs Receive, inspect, store, and distribute raw materials, packaging, finished goods, and supplies while maintaining accurate inventory records and documentation Selecting, preparing, and loading products for outbound shipment per customer specifications Responsible for the storage of raw material, ingredients or finished product Receiving, unloading, and inspecting inboundingredients/packagingmaterials Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performance Assist in training new employees MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED 2 years experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred or two years of consistent job history Proficiency in standard computer software required, Outlook, Excel, Word Proficient in English Effective communication, safety, and leadership skills Must have the ability to use computer and programs such as SAGE, outlook and excel for shift reporting Must be able to work in hot or cold environments Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, push, pull, and twist for extended periods Willingness to work in hot, cold, noisy, wet, or dusty conditions Ability to climb and/or work at heights while utilizing stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platforms Ability to follow human and food safety, quality, and grooming standards Ability to wear such as protective clothing and equipment (Personal Protective Equipment -PPE) such as safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard/bump cap, hair/beard net, gloves, and face masks (when required) Ability to work around high-speed machinery and food allergens ELIGIBILITY Applicants must meet a minimum 18-year age qualification.
