Landscape Laborer / Crew Member

Iosue Landscape Concepts is hiring a full-time Landscape Laborer / Crew Member to join our team for fall landscaping work and the upcoming winter snow season.
We are looking for someone who wants a job—not just extra money on the side. This is hands-on, outdoor work for someone who is dependable, willing to work hard, and takes pride in doing the job right.
What You’ll Do
- Perform general landscape maintenance and property cleanup
- Assist with fall cleanups, leaf removal, mulching, planting, and other seasonal landscaping work
- Load, unload, and transport landscape materials and equipment
- Operate basic landscaping equipment and hand tools
- Work as part of a crew to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
- Assist with snow removal operations during the winter season (shoveling and plowing positions available)
- Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow directions from crew leaders and supervisors
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and dependable attendance is a must
- Someone who shows up on time and ready to work
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor
- Able to lift, carry, bend, stand, and work on your feet throughout the day
- Willing to work in changing weather conditions
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
- Landscaping, lawn care, construction, or snow removal experience is preferred
