We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Saw Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for operating industrial saw equipment to cut metal bar stock to precise specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Saw Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for operating industrial saw equipment to cut metal bar stock to precise specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate band saws and other cutting equipment to process metal bar materials
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and measuring tools
- Measure and verify material dimensions to ensure accurate cuts
- Load and unload materials safely using overhead crane or forklift when needed
- Inspect finished materials for quality and accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Perform basic machine maintenance and report equipment issues promptly
- Work closely with production and warehouse teams to meet deadlines
- Previous manufacturing or saw operation experience preferred
- Ability to read tape measures and use precision measuring tools
- Forklift and overhead crane experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
