Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Specialist\n
Full-Time | On-Site | Manchester, NJ
About the Role\nWe are a growing wholesale and eCommerce company in the toy and costume industry looking for a hands-on Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow our online business and support marketing across multiple brands.
\nWe sell through Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Faire, and other online channels, as well as to wholesale customers and major retailers.
\nWe are looking for someone who is creative, analytical, and focused on driving growth across ecommerce, digital marketing, social media, and wholesale.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Help develop and execute strategies to grow Shopify and overall ecommerce sales \n
- Manage and grow our TikTok Shop presence \n
- Manage and grow our Faire wholesale marketplace \n
- Maintain and grow our social media presence across multiple brands \n
- Create and coordinate social media content and promotions \n
- Support email marketing and customer retention campaigns \n
- Assist with Google Ads and other digital advertising \n
- Support Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplace initiatives \n
- Optimize product listings, content, images, and promotions \n
- Support wholesale marketing, including email campaigns, sales materials, and seasonal launches \n
- Monitor performance and identify new opportunities for growth \n
- \n
- 2–5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related role \n
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms \n
- Strong understanding of social media and current digital trends \n
- Strong organizational and communication skills \n
- Comfortable managing multiple brands, projects, and platforms \n
- Creative, analytical, and able to take ownership \n
Experience with TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central/PPC, Google Ads, Faire, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Canva, CapCut, or B2B/wholesale marketing is a strong plus.
