Marketing & Growth Coordinator (Louisville)

Prolific Digital does strong work for clients ranging from mission-driven organizations to Fortune 500 companies, and we’ve just brought our second product, TrustScans, to market. We’ve been too quiet about both. We’re hiring a Marketing & Growth Coordinator to run the engine behind our proposals, contracts, and public presence — the deadlines, submissions, posts, and newsletters that put both brands in front of the people we want to reach.

About Prolific Digital

Prolific Digital is a Louisville digital studio whose clients range from mission-driven nonprofits to Fortune 500 companies. We help them reimagine their digital experiences through strategy, web design, web applications, branding, and AI automation. We also build our own products. The second to reach the market is TrustScans, a full-site accessibility scanner that grades websites against WCAG 2.2 and helps agencies and enterprise teams find and fix issues at scale.

About the role

This is a full-time, hybrid role reporting to our Founder & CEO, working day to day with our Director of Strategy and Growth. You’ll own two things: the operations behind how we pursue and close new business, and how Prolific and TrustScans show up in public.

Twelve months in, success looks like this. No proposal deadline is ever a surprise. Every proposal, SOW, and contract goes out complete, consistent, and on time. Every open opportunity has a clear next step in our CRM. Prolific has a steady, visible presence that informs and educates our audience. And TrustScans is known among the agencies and enterprise teams it’s built for, with growing signups to show for it.

What you’ll do

Business development operations

• Own the RFP and proposal calendar: track every opportunity, deadline, question period, and submission requirement, and make sure nothing slips.
• Run proposal production: build compliance checklists from each solicitation, gather required forms and certifications, assemble and format responses, and handle submission.
• Prepare SOWs and contracts from our templates, keep terms consistent across every version, and track each one through review and signature.
• Keep the pipeline honest: maintain our CRM, schedule follow-ups with prospects and past clients, and flag deals that have gone quiet.
• Maintain the library a strong proposal draws from: case studies, references, testimonials, team bios, and standard answers.

Marketing for Prolific and TrustScans

• Run social media and newsletters for both brands: plan the calendars, publish consistently, and track what works.
• For Prolific, build awareness of our work and educate our audience, turning our articles, project launches, and accessibility-law updates into posts and sends.
• For TrustScans, drive the launch: get the product in front of agencies and enterprise teams, promote new features, and grow signups.
• Keep our public listings, directory profiles, and portfolio current, and ask happy clients for reviews.

What we’re looking for

Required

• 3+ years in a coordinator role where you owned deadlines and production — marketing, proposals, sales operations, events, or similar.
• Experience running social media accounts for an organization or brand, not just a personal account.
• Experience keeping records current in a CRM or similar tracking system.
• Clean, accurate business writing. We’ll ask for a short sample.

Preferred

• Experience on RFP or grant responses, especially for public-sector or nonprofit buyers.
• Experience preparing or tracking contracts, SOWs, or other client agreements.
• Experience marketing a B2B software or SaaS product to agencies or enterprise buyers.
• Experience with an email marketing platform, from building a send to reading its results.
• Experience making graphics from templates in Canva, Figma, or similar.
• Familiarity with digital accessibility or WCAG.
• Agency, nonprofit, or government-contracting background.
• Comfort using AI tools as part of your day-to-day work.

A degree isn’t required. If you’ve done this work, that’s what matters.

Compensation, benefits, and schedule

Salary: $55,000–$65,000, based on experience.

Total compensation: about $70,000–$81,700 a year. That includes salary, company-paid health insurance, the 401(k) match, your professional development budget, and the value of 31 paid days off.

• Health insurance 100% company-paid for employees, starting after 60 days. Dental and vision available.
• 401(k) with up to a 5% company match after one year, vested immediately.
• 2 weeks of paid time off plus flexible time off, all major federal holidays, and fully paid office closures for Thanksgiving and the day after and the last two weeks of December.
• Up to $1,000 a year for professional and personal development — conferences, courses, certifications, and books — with time during the workday to use it.
• Hybrid schedule: in our Louisville office (828 E Market St) Tuesdays and Thursdays, flexible the rest of the week.
