Tech - MLT/Medical Technologist/Clinical Lab Scientist

Job Description Job Summary: Performs laboratory analyses to support clinical diagnoses and patient care, ensuring accurate and timely results. Maintains adherence to regulatory standards and quality control procedures to uphold laboratory integrity. Responsibilities: Execute assigned laboratory tests and procedures following established protocols. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and schedules. Correlate laboratory findings with clinical data through chart review and communication with medical staff. Perform receptionist and phlebotomy tasks to support departmental operations. Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and policies governing healthcare services. Qualifications: Hold a valid Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT), Medical Technologist, or Clinical Laboratory Scientist credential. Demonstrate proficiency in laboratory testing, quality control, and equipment maintenance. Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Exhibit excellent communication skills for consultation with clinical staff. Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and adhere to safety standards.
