Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Sentrycs' U.S. team and lead product management activities in the U.S. market.

The role requires strong product management experience, deep understanding of complex systems , and proven ability to work with hardware/software integrated solutions . Experience in the defense, homeland security, law enforcement, public safety, or critical infrastructure domains is highly preferred.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-facing, technically strong, and able to translate customer needs, operational use cases, and market feedback into clear product requirements and roadmap priorities.

 Key Responsibilities

• Own product management activities for Sentrycs’ U.S. customers and partners.
• Collect, analyze, and prioritize customer requirements, operational feedback, and U.S. market needs.
• Translate complex use cases into clear product requirements and roadmap recommendations.
• Work closely with Engineering/R&D, system engineering, sales, Business Development, customer success, and leadership teams.
• Support customer meetings, demos, field trials, pilots, and operational deployments.
• Define requirements for complex hardware/software integrated systems and full solution offerings.
• Support go-to-market activities, including product positioning, competitive analysis, and sales enablement.
• Understand U.S. market needs, bring structured input to the Product and Engineering/R&D teams, and ensure these needs are reflected in the overall company roadmap.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 8 years of product management experience .
• Strong background in complex systems , solution-level products, and hardware/software integrated systems .
• Experience in defense, homeland security, law enforcement, public safety, or critical infrastructure is highly preferred.
• Experience with Counter-UAS, RF systems, radar, EO/IR, C2 systems, drones, autonomous systems, or tactical communications is an advantage.
• Strong customer-facing skills, including requirements gathering, demos, workshops, and executive discussions.
• Ability to translate technical, operational, and business needs into clear product plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Current or prior security clearance is an advantage.
• Based in or near Huntsville, Alabama .
