Experience

Minimum required: 2 years

Responsibilities

Supervise waiters and waitresses
Train new staff
Hold pre-service briefings with staff
Communicate with kitchen staff about specials and menu changes
Allocate table sections for service
Ensure tables are set correctly
Deal with any problems that may arise
Organize the clean-up and closing of the restaurant

Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar hospitality or customer service role
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and excellent communication
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
